If you like what you see, we’ll schedule a call to meet, chat about your love story and big day, and make sure we’re the perfect fit. It’s also a chance to answer any questions you might have.


Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to officially book your date! Everything is done online. A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your spot, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding day.


Through my questionnaires, we’ll plan your engagement session and finalize your timeline. I’ll send gentle reminders for things like your family photo list — and I’m always just an email away if you need help.


I’ll arrive with a smile on my face, cameras in hand, and my bag stocked with tissues and stain wipes. I’ll fluff your dress, help with your veil, blend in for the candid moments, and step up to guide your portraits. You’ll even receive sneak peeks soon after the big day!

Basically Christmas morning! Within 8–10 weeks, you’ll receive your full wedding gallery — ready to relive every hug, laugh, and tear. And remember, I’m just an email away when your next photo-worthy moment comes around.

My husband and I are so grateful to Chloe for capturing both our engagement and elopement so beautifully.
