First of all, what is a wedding coordinator?
In the wedding industry, there’s not a consistent standard for what coordination truly looks like. I have seen some coordinators that do so much they are basically wedding planners, but I also have seen others who don’t really do anything. So, the coordinator term is very open ended. I really wanted my coordinator to be the best kind of coordinator – somewhere between a partial wedding planner and day-of wedding coordinator. And who is Sydney?
Sydney and I met in art school back in 2015 and have been besties ever since! Working together creatively is how we thrive. Since she has experience in basically every area of the wedding world (florist, bakery, photography assistant, & coordinator) and as a 7-time bridesmaid, newly wed, & artist, you couldn’t ask for a better addition to your wedding day team!
Why I Decided to Add a Wedding Coordinator
1. I (Chloe) don’t want to be your wedding photographer AND wedding coordinator
If there isn’t a Wedding Coordinator present, often a lot of those responsibilities get put on the photographer. Don’t get me wrong, I love solving problems and I love helping my clients, but without a coordinator that means I’m putting down my camera to then act as Coordinator and put out fires. When you have a Wedding Coordinator, I am able to fully focus on capturing your wedding day, and I won’t miss documenting any moments.
2. In general, it will help your day run smoothly!
Sydney’s role is designed to keep your wedding day running smoothly through months of prep in advance and the day of execution. When problems arise (which will happen!), her job is to problem-solve swiftly to work with your timeline, vendors, and your desires. You can focus on enjoying the moment because she will be taking care of everything in the background!
3. You Won’t Need To Spend Your Time Researching a Good Wedding Coordinator
Just think of the time and headaches that can be spared if your photographer and coordinator are already on the same page! No timeline debates either because we will already be working together to make sure your day goes as perfectly as it can. Plus, this will alleviate you from so many emails! A DREAM!

You can think of it as day of coordination, but super hands on the whole month of your wedding (and before!). We’re calling it luxury coordinating!
Plus, with CMP, we assist in creating your timeline well in advance. A lot of times coordinators come in and the timeline has already been built by someone else, and the coordinators just have to deal with it. We want to get ahead with it to work intentionally with you through the whole process, and you can book 6 months in advance!
